Description:

A Digital Marketing Manager is sought by a company that deals in mining and construction machinery/equipment. The ideal candidate will be in charge of creating the group digital marketing strategy and digitalization process and translate them into effective plans that ultimately add value to the customer and contribute to the achievement of business goals and organizational performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create adapted sales offerings
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points of our Customer Journey
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Design and implement the company's digital roadmap.
  • Create the bridge between data and the business operations to gather customer insight from the data
  • Maintaining a balance between business and technology.
  • Connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs in order to achieve positive digital transformation.
  • Problem solving:  ability to generate creative solutions to deal with operational problems remotely

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification (Digital Marketing) in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar role.
  • Multi-national exposure is a major plus.
  • Machinery Experience (or B2B company) is a major plus of which 3 years in leadership role.
  • Good Planning, Prioritizing, & Organizing skills, with strong Follow-up.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Plans’ and Activities’ preparation and execution.
  • High exposure and awareness of Social Media, Branding, and Promotional Activities.
  • Good exposure to External Service providers (Websites, Advertising agencies, Promotional agencies, etc.).

A leading international food processing company located in Accra is seeking a well-experienced Maintenance Planning and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in a cost efficient manner at their factory. Details of the duties and responsibilities have been listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for efficient maintenance, repairs and improvement of machinery, equipment and tools.
  • Ensures high plant availability at lowest possible cost
  • Monitor factory engineering key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that all the team members are familiar with, and implement 5S and AM and PM.
  • Ensure that continuous improvement becomes a key pillar of the maintenance culture.
  • Ensure work orders generated by SAP are implemented by the various Engineering sections. And trend line wise availability with work order execution.
  • Ensure that all projects are designed for the long term and result in a positive impact on the company ROI
  • Propose and control the cost of the project in accordance with to the Guidelines for Capital Investment.
  • Propose and monitor the project in accordance with the key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that all assets are well designed (i.e. plant layout, equipment selection etc.) and fit the business purpose through applying new technologies, proven principles, thorough design reviews and basic science.
  • Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation.
    Specific responsibilities relating to the implementation phase:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ related experience
  • Knowledge of food safety, and food processing plants and technology
  • Strong technical, managerial and leadership skills
  • Knowledge in Project Engineering/Management, plant design & construction

Description:

A reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company (FMCG) is looking for experienced Warehouse Managers in the industry who will oversee the operations of their warehouses. He/she will be stationed in either Sunyani, Tamale, Takoradi or Kumasi. As such, having your current residence in any one of these places is a plus.

 

Working Experience: 10+ years

Education Level: First Degree

Industry: Manufacturing

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall warehouse in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with Systems and Logistics teams for stock transfer orders and organize the offloading and stacking.
  • Ensure GRNs are created.
  • Ensure all documents and stocks are in order on arrival.
  • Report any missing/damaged items immediately and ensure that the corrections are made in the records.
  • Coordinate with Systems and sales teams for orders and ensure the timely dispatch of goods to customers.
  • Ensure daily physical stock verification of all goods in the warehouse and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper demarcation of flooring, utilization of space, stacking of goods and labelling of stacks.
  • Prepare and send daily reports, as well as keep an accurate record of all expenses and prepare monthly expense statements of expenses such as electricity, water, loading, transportation, phone, internet, maintenance, etc.      
  • Develop a strong database of transporters by fleet size and vehicle type.
  • Negotiate with transporters for most competitive freight rates between warehouses location and customer locations.
  • Coordinate with Labor contractors to ensure proper offloading of goods from truck into the warehouse on arrival from factory and proper loading of goods from warehouse into the delivery trucks while dispatching to customers.
  • Coordinate with the security agency to ensure that the guards are fully aware of and are performing their duties, security procedures are followed and there is a seamless rotation of shifts.      
  • Liaison with government offices to ensure certificates are updated – FDA, Business Operating Permit, Factory Inspectorate, Environmental Protection, Fire Safety.
  • Manage company assets such as computer, scanner-printer, phone, SIM cards, furniture, electrical appliances, etc.
  • Strictly follow and enforce the SOPs, health and safety procedures of the warehouse operations.

Qualifications: Must be a Commerce Graduate or higher.
Knowledge of using Microsoft office – Outlook Email, Word, Excel.
Good understanding of mathematics.
Good communication skills and high level of integrity.
